L & E Bustamante Concrete Co., Inc. was established in 1986 as a family-owned and operated concrete contractor by brothers, Luis and Ernesto Bustamante, specializing in poured wall foundations and flatwork. Our main office is located in Harford County, Maryland, in the city of Abingdon. We have over 35 years of experience as a concrete subcontractor for home builders such as Ryan Homes, Greenspring Homes, Richmond American Homes, D.R. Horton, Gemcraft Homes, Altieri Homes, Streuver Bros., Eccles & Rouse, Greg Kram Designs LLC and other home builders in the following areas: Baltimore, Harford and Cecil counties of Maryland, various counties and townships in Pennsylvania and Western Maryland, and in the Lower and Eastern Shore area.
